“Yesterday’s judgment of the Supreme Court on the preparations for the presidential elections is not only disconnected from the reality of the time, but also clearly contradicts the regulations,” Małgorzata Wassermann of PiS wrote on social media. The Supreme Court rejected the cassation appeal and upheld the ruling of the Provincial Administrative Court, which ruled that then Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki had grossly violated the law by obliging Poczta Polska to prepare postal elections. “We’ll see how long the Olympics will last… and how much more they will spoil before they leave,” Wasserman said.
MP Małgorzata Wasserman to the judges of the Supreme Administrative Court, who rejected the cassation appeal because they had not challenged the criminal court’s findings.
Yesterday’s judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court on the preparations for the presidential elections is not only disconnected from the realities of the time, but also clearly contradicts regulations, contradicts a number of legal opinions and undermines the findings of the criminal organization. court, which has already ruled on the case

A demoralizing statement
The Law and Justice politician points out that the Supreme Court ruling is demoralizing for civil servants who, fearing the consequences, will be passive in crisis situations.
It is also a clear signal to thousands of officials, including at the highest level: do not make decisions in difficult and extraordinary situations, because after a few years someone might think that things could have been different. It is just that the PiS government did not act like that – pandemic, war, global inflation – Prime Minister Morawiecki always reacted, thousands of people may still be alive because of this, and hundreds of companies survived. The ability to make difficult decisions for the good of the country is a hallmark of a statesman and no sentence of this characteristic in Mateusz Morawiecki will weaken it.
– said the former head of the Commission of Inquiry into the Amber Gold scandal. According to her, Donald Tusk’s government is weak and does not have enough determination to make difficult, but important decisions for Poland.
The lack of this agency is now felt every day: the influx of immigrants, increases in gas and electricity prices, hundreds of people being laid off every week. We will see how long the games will last… and how much more they will screw up before they leave
– Wassermann concluded.
