The portal wPolityce.pl has determined that today the National Prosecutor’s Office will receive a report on the possibility of committing a crime by Roman Giertych and his protégé Tomasz Mraz – former director of the Justice Fund. The report will be submitted by Michał Ostrowski, legal deputy of the Attorney General.

Yesterday, Ostrowski announced that he wanted to submit an appropriate motion in connection with the media circus that Mraz and Giertych organized in the Sejm. According to the deputy attorney general, they could have revealed the secrets of the Justice Fund investigation. Giertych consistently denies this.
