“This is the fulfillment of the promise of German business, which lobbied for the victory of the Citizens’ Coalition with the Third Way in Poland,” said MP Jacek Ozdoba in an interview with wPolityce.pl. For example, the former deputy minister of climate comments on the information about the presentation of a new project in June, the so-called Molenwet. “The wind farm law is not a priority for the Polish energy system, rather it is a threat,” summarizes Ozdoba, who is running in the European Parliament elections.
The windmill scandal broke before the ministers of Donald Tusk’s government even took their seats. Bill Paulina Hennig-Kloska, while he was still an MP and not a minister. It provided for the construction of wind farms very close to buildings and the possibility of expropriating landowners. The “lex windmill” project returns immediately after the European Parliament elections.
This is the fulfillment of the promise of the German business community, which lobbied for the victory of the Civil Coalition with the Third Way in Poland. Min. Paulina Hennig-Kloska continues to implement what these unions are pushing in her ministry. Donald Tusk does it smartly. He pushes all these dirty projects through other ministers and does not endorse them with his face. This is how he washes his hands
– says MP Jacek Ozdoba.
Certain companies need to make money here. For a long time, the green energy strategy was designed in such a way that countries like Poland would have to buy these technologies with KPO money. For example, used German electric cars. The same will happen with wind turbines
– leaves no doubt about the policy of sovereign Poland.

Windmills pose a threat
According to Ozdoba, the bill sponsored by Minister Hennig-Kloska will, as before, cause huge social protests.
These new regulations will certainly cause social conflicts. The idea is to build wind farms close to residential buildings. Moreover, they will pose a threat to the Polish energy system
– states the former minister in an interview with the portal wPlityce.pl and warns that betting on wind energy in the current situation is very risky for Poland.
The wind farm law is not a priority for the Polish energy system. Poland needs stable energy sources, including coal, gas and nuclear energy. Until we build a nuclear power plant, which is postponed, and at the same time build more wind turbines, the only stability of the energy market will be provided by coal and gas. And as we know, these two energy sources can be problematic for us. Coal has been eradicated by the EU and increasing gas consumption is not desirable in the current geopolitical situation
– explains the former Deputy Minister of Climate, who hopes that the change in the balance of political forces in the new EP will make it possible to stop the “green madness”.
It is no secret that a group of lobbyists in the European Parliament will ensure the highest possible profits for companies involved in the Green Deal. If relations in the EP do not change and Donald Tusk’s team, or the EPP, is not at the helm of the EU, there is a good chance that this Green Deal will be thrown in the trash. However, if the EPP and the left remain in power, we must be aware that things will get even worse
– Jacek Ozdoba tells the wPolityce.pl portal. Unfortunately, further elements of the Green Deal have already been voted on and if nothing changes they will be introduced.
These regulations are currently coming into effect. However, this does not mean that they will definitely have to be implemented. Let us recall the case of the 2015 migration pact, when Poland vetoed it and benefited enormously from it. And now some countries are trying to pass the migration problem on to us, as the Prime Minister of France recently said
– reminds the politician of sovereign Poland.
