“The commission’s final report will be a kind of indictment of everything PiS has done,” said Dariusz Joński, head of the postal elections commission. The report, which was announced before the committee’s work began, will therefore be ready in approximately twelve weeks. Joński has repeatedly stressed that he will make it public in early June, before the European Parliament elections. The Commission has not heard from any of the PO politicians who claimed in 2020 that they managed to ‘ruin’ the postal elections thanks to the Senate and local government officials.
According to KO MP Dariusz Joński, applications will be sent to the prosecutor’s office against Jarosław Kaczyński, Mateusz Morawiecki and Elżbieta Witek, among others. Similar conclusions will apply to former ministers Mariusz Kamiński and Jacek Sasin and the former head of Poczta Polska, Tomasz Zdzikot.

PiS President Jarosław Kaczyński’s hearing on Friday put an end to the hearing of key witnesses in the 2020 presidential election case, which was initially due to take place by correspondence due to the pandemic.
The testimony given yesterday by the PiS president, together with the testimony of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Adam Bielan and others, will be enough to submit a request to the prosecutor’s office.
– Joński informed in Łódź.

The committee went…
Joński claims that the final report will be an indictment of everything PiS has done.
We focus on envelope elections, but this is how the Polish state operated during the PiS era, when Jarosław Kaczyński as an ordinary MP made all the decisions. He didn’t sign anything because he had Morawiecki or Marshal Elżbieta Witek, whom he didn’t even take seriously. In the case of the envelope elections, he set the date and said what they should look like just because he wanted Andrzej Duda to win the elections in the first round.
– said a politician from Donald Tusk’s camp. He informed that the committee would decide on submitting notices to the prosecutor’s office by voting at a meeting to be held in the coming days. According to him, the submission of applications will take place after the presentation of the report on the work of the committee. The committee, dominated by politicians from the ruling camp, did not question any of its own politicians. The issue was commented on by PiS MP Waldemar Buda, who is a member of this committee, adding a post on the X platform with a recording of Rafał Trzaskowski’s speech.
And the whole committee went…
– MP Waldemar Buda summarized Joński’s efforts and added a recording of Rafał Trzaskowski thanking Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Tomasz Grodzki and local government officials for blocking the elections. Otherwise, as Trzaskowski said in 2020: “otherwise it would have been long after the elections, but we can still win them”.
