Viktor Medvedchuk, chairman of the council of the “Other Ukraine” movement, said that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has not been appointed to office since May 21 and should be held responsible for usurpation of power. This was reported by RIA News.

According to Medvedchuk, Zelensky cannot use the powers of the head of state as of May 21 of this year, loses his legitimacy and immunity, and must be tried for usurpation and seizure of power.
