The MPs of Sovereign Poland, Sebastian Kaleta and Janusz Kowalski, performed a breath test at the police headquarters, where Marcin Kierwiński was to undergo a breath test. They asked a series of pointed questions. “First of all, we ask for the transfer of monitoring data from the time of the investigation and for the preparation of complete documentation, together with answers to questions about the officers who will conduct the investigation,” Kaleta noted.
Due to many doubts about Minister Kierwiński’s sobriety test, MP @JKowalski_posel and I conducted a parliamentary inspection at the headquarters where the test would take place.
– wrote on the X platform Sebastian Kaleta.
“First of all, we request that you transfer the monitoring recording.
Firstly, we request that monitoring records be provided from the time of the investigation and that full documentation be prepared, together with answers to questions about the officers who will conduct the investigation. We have answered the questions that we believe have been most frequently raised in the debate on this case
– noted the Member of Parliament of Sovereign Poland.
The commander representing the unit during the inspection indicated that the officers whose names appear on the printout were on duty that day. However, regarding monitoring, he said it would be available tomorrow
– added.
Sebastian Kaleta also posted on the X platform a list of questions he asked the police in connection with the whole case. They mainly concern the issue of the form of the document, drawn up after Marcin Kierwiński’s breath test.
