The MPs of Sovereign Poland, Sebastian Kaleta and Janusz Kowalski, performed a breath test at the police headquarters, where Marcin Kierwiński was to undergo a breath test. They asked a series of pointed questions. “First of all, we ask for the transfer of monitoring data from the time of the investigation and for the preparation of complete documentation, together with answers to questions about the officers who will conduct the investigation,” Kaleta noted.

Sebastian Kaleta also posted on the X platform a list of questions he asked the police in connection with the whole case. They mainly concern the issue of the form of the document, drawn up after Marcin Kierwiński’s breath test.
