The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine spoke about the damage to the country’s energy system 07:58

Half of Ukraine’s energy system was damaged. This was announced by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba in an interview with the magazine. Foreign policy.

“We are resilient, we know what the risks are. But I want to make it clear to your audience: Half of our energy system is damaged and we still need to govern, fight and have the support of the whole world.” Kuleba said, referring to the approval of the US Congress. Approximately 60 billion dollars of military aid was provided to Ukraine.

In his opinion, any other country whose energy sector was so devastated would look much worse than Ukraine. The country has endured because we have learned a lot, the minister added.

He added that Ukraine needs artillery ammunition to stop Russia’s advance, as well as air defense, electronic warfare and interceptor missiles to protect its energy infrastructure.
