“The work, which was supposed to take 15 working days, has not been completed, although six weeks have passed since the conclusion of the contract,” wrote Law and Justice MP Janusz Cieszyński. This concerns the audit of the National e-Invoice System, for which the contract has been concluded by the Ministry of Finance. “A repeat of the CPK,” Cieszyński said.
Former Minister of Digitalization Janusz Cieszyński asked the Ministry of Finance – as part of a parliamentary intervention – for a contract for a business and technological audit of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). He also asks – if such an agreement has been concluded – to provide all materials that the Ministry of Finance receives in connection with the implementation of the agreement.
And although Cieszyński received an affirmative answer to his question – the contract was signed on March 1 this year – the execution of the request for materials went worse.
The KSeF audit agreement is currently in the implementation phase. Work is underway on products within the two separate phases of the audit
– replied Deputy Finance Minister Paweł Karbownik.
They also failed the KSeF audit
Cieszyński briefly commented on the response received.
A repeat of CPK, i.e. the KSeF audit also failed…
– wrote the politician.
Minister Paweł Karbownik said that the work, which was supposed to take fifteen working days, has not been completed, although six weeks have passed since the conclusion of the contract.
– Cieszyński added.
The Law and Justice Parliament also included an excerpt of the contract, which clearly states that the contractor is obliged, among other things: to carry out an audit of the project documentation “within 15 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract”.
