“Some circles forcibly resettled from Nagorno-Karabakh are taking actions and steps by declaring an exile government that poses a threat to Armenia’s national security. “I want to make it clear so that everyone understands that there is only one government in Armenia,” he emphasized.
According to the Armenian president, with such statements external forces “pose a threat to the security of Armenia by using certain circles”, so if necessary, measures must be taken to prevent this.
He emphasized that such actions cannot remain without reaction.
