“The first mistake they made, and that is why we are talking about illegal activities, concerns the provision stating that urgent action must be taken,” said Michał Wójcik from Sovereign Poland on Telewizja wPoland. The former Deputy Minister of Justice announces that the case will be dealt with by the court, because the measures against Zbigniew Ziobro were disproportionate. “I spoke to him many times yesterday and I know he wanted to hand over the keys. The investigation has been going on since February,” the politician said.
MP Michał Wójcik noted that the actions of Tusk’s services were disproportionate to the ongoing investigation.
We saw how these actions were carried out and they were completely disproportionate to the situation. This concerns in particular the burglary of the property of the former minister and the attorney general
– says Wójcik, recalling that the prosecutor’s office tried to hide the aggressive actions of Tusk’s services from public opinion.
At the conference I heard a spokesperson for the Public Prosecution Service who said that everything was done in accordance with the law and that there was no burglary. However, one of the media had a drone there that took pictures from this entrance. These photos, for example when all kinds of things have been screwed into with drills or when doors have been broken, can be seen today
– encourages the PiS club member.

Like it wasn’t, like it was
The politician of Sovereign Poland commented on the photos and videos shown on Telewizja wPolce, showing the broken door and the attempt to repair it.
Look, these doors are secured, drills are being used. Maybe at least Ziobro will post photos documenting the damage caused. There is no doubt whatsoever here: it was a burglary. A question remains about the words of the prosecutor’s spokesman, who claims that there was no such entry by force. Of course it was there, it was visible
– says the former Deputy Minister of Justice and points out the fundamental mistake that the public prosecutor’s office and ABW officials made when they wanted to carry out a spectacular action.
The first mistake they made, and that is why we are talking about illegal activities, concerns the provision that requires urgent action. You can search without issuing a query to a specific person, but only if you need to take urgent action. Such actions were not necessary here. It could have happened a few days ago or a few days later. The investigation into this case has been ongoing since February. However, they did not want this, they did not contact Minister Ziobro or anyone close to him
– points out MP Wójcik, who was in constant contact with the former min. Ziobro.
I spoke to him many times yesterday and I know he wanted to hand over the keys. Except here it was about making the whole action spectacular, putting on a show, approaching various ministers, forcibly entering houses. Of course there was burglary, but now the court will consider it
– declares the politician of sovereign Poland.

The court will consider Tusk’s services
Also today, the Public Prosecution Service and the Internal Security Service entered other places in the morning.
I read a message on social media that the activities in the house of the former Minister of Justice stopped only after 24 hours. And today they are entering 25 places again at 6am, at the same time as yesterday, so I want to say that this is absolutely disproportionate and should be checked by the court. It is inconceivable that no complaint will be filed. The judge must assess whether the provisions have been met. Imagine that while you are away, someone wanders around this house
– says Michał Wójcik. The MP was also asked about the search of the Sejm Chamber Michał Wosia, who will testify today before the Pegasus Investigative Committee.
I don’t even know how to comment on this. I think the services will explain again that it was not possible to contact them. Someone gave them permission to enter. I don’t know Marshal Hołownia’s position, I don’t know how to respond to it. Someone walks around other people’s apartments and does not contact the people who own the apartments and who perform their official duties there.
– says the MP, noting that such behavior by the services would be unthinkable under the United Right regime.
From morning to evening and all night long, everyone was talking about it all the time. First of all, when such activities were carried out by the services when we were in power, nothing like this ever happened. There have never been situations like this before. They count on spectacle.
He recalled that the prosecutor’s office under Bodnar had already withdrawn the prosecutor’s requests to hold the President of the Supreme Court of Auditors, Marian Banaś, or the former Senate President, Tomasz Grodzki, accountable.
