Referring to these actions, Ziobro began his statement by apologizing for his vote.

First of all, I would like to say that all these actions are illegal and are the implementation of the political order of Donald Tusk and Mr. Bodnar. Second, as part of this unlawful operation, my rights as the owner of the building where the search was conducted have been grossly violated.

When asked about the fact that the spokesperson for the National Public Prosecution Service spoke of an alleged attempt to contact his in-laws, Ziobro replied:
I am the owner of this home and an attempt should be made to contact me. (…) The public prosecutor’s office had my telephone number. This was done consciously. My in-laws were also searched. (…) My mother-in-law was only asked if she had the keys to my house
