“The application to the State Tribunal is so logical that if it is adopted, President Glapiński will be suspended from office, because we already put this into practice in January,” lawyer Marek Markiewicz said in “Salon Dziennikarski” on Telewizja wPoland.
The discussion of Jacek Karnowski’s guests in “Salon Dziennikarski” on Telewizja wPolska focused on the motion to summon the President of the NBP, Adam Glapiński, to the State Tribunal. Marek Markiewicz, Andrzej Potocki and Marek Grabowski also spoke about the consequences of changes taking place in the structure of the European Union.
The proposal to the State Tribunal is so logical that if it is adopted, President Glapiński will be suspended from office, because we already put this into practice in January. No serious person believes in the functioning of the Court of Justice and the conviction. The only point is to initiate proceedings and remove the NBP president from direct rule and remove one of the last conservative, ‘boastful’ points.
– well-known lawyer Markiewicz.
As far as Glapiński is concerned, there seems to be a catch. Before he appears before the Court of Justice and is stripped of his influence over the NBP, the constitutional committee’s deliberations must last at least three months to six months.
– Andrzej Potocki noticed.
EU attempts
Jacek Karnowski asked his guests whether it is possible to organize a social resistance movement against the introduction of the euro in Poland. He also noted that the resignation of the NBP president could be the government’s first step towards introducing the EU currency in Poland.
The situation is very simple. This is centralization, not federalization, because we are now a federalized country. Moreover, it is centralization without the important voice of Poland. That is why the euro is needed, and that is why the European Education Area is being introduced with force. When we look at changes in education, the idea is to introduce a very simple, leveling one, in which immigrants, Poles, Dutch, etc. will have a basic, common and minimal denominator without conservative elements.
– said Marek Grabowski.
The discussion also included the proposal of ‘Solidarity’ regarding a referendum on the Green Deal, which the Minister of Climate, Paulina Hennig-Kloska, does not want to agree to.
According to coalition representatives, there are good referendums and bad referendums
– Andrzej Potocki noticed.
Marek Grabowski, in turn, commented on the EU Buildings Directive, which aims to phase out non-ecological energy sources and building materials.
Do we as apartment owners want to be expropriated? Don’t we want to be able to travel freely, for example to family in another city? Do we want to be able to travel or even fly abroad? We have to answer that, because that is what the Green Deal is about
– said Marek Grabowski.
According to lawyer Markiewicz, the current problems related to the Brussels Green Deal policy have a broader, cultural and historical aspect.
Was Kuklinski a hero or a traitor? Have we solved this problem in our society? Were the Cursed Soldiers former murderers who should be forgotten, or should the People’s Army have one of the main streets in Warsaw? The elections came at a time when society had not yet discussed many issues. This didn’t get resolved, so the Green Deal was added, God knows what else, and now no one can normally determine what’s true and what’s not.
– said Markiewicz.
This chaos makes sense. Because if the Polish zloty, the law and education are destabilized, this beautiful angel of Europe will appear and there will be a story that if we can’t handle it alone, someone else should help us.
– added Marek Grabowski.
Andrzej Potocki referred to the record-breaking government, which has already awarded itself awards and placed orders for new limousines.
The point is that the coalition is structured in such a way that everyone wants to contribute and that is why there are so many positions
– said Potocki.
