“It looks like a transitional government, but in fact it has managed to do virtually none of the things announced. Out of a hundred details, it seems that ninety have not been implemented,” Krzysztof Bosak, deputy chairman of the Sejm of the Confederation, said on Telewizja wPolska, assessing the actions of Donald Tusk’s government.
Even we, as a Confederation, have taken the trouble and written bills implementing a number of specific matters, for example the law on the free quota. This bill was kept in a supposedly closed parliamentary freezer for four months. Yesterday it came up for discussion and was referred to the committee, so it is at least good that it was not rejected, but we will see what happens next with the work in this committee, whether it will not be a time game.

After 100 days it is clearly visible that there is no agreement within the coalition on many issues, they were not prepared to govern, they have no fixed program, they do not have a division of powers in many ministries, they do not know what should we do . I would say that despite everything, this government still looks better on the outside than on the inside, thanks to some media protection. However, when I talk to politicians here in the Sejm, I see great chaos and a kind of paralysis of decision-making. The bad news for Poles is that this situation could last even longer
– Tusk’s government continued Krzysztof Bosak.
Bosak on abortion projects: ‘May they all fail’
The Sejm deputy chairman also referred to frictions in Donald Tusk’s coalition over changing the abortion law.
Right now it seems to me that there is a lot of nervousness on the left, because they know that there is no clear majority in the Sejm to approve their projects that give completely unrestricted permission to kill unborn children. We in the Confederacy are pro-life, we are in favor of protecting the lives of children. (…) If they argue about these projects, let them argue, let’s hope they all fail because they are not good projects
– said Bosak.
As the only member of the Presidium of the Sejm, I have asked constitutional expert opinions on their projects, which clearly show that these projects are contrary to the Constitution (…). Either we sing ‘constitution’, ‘democracy’, ‘rule of law’ and then respect the constitution, the rulings of the Constitutional Court and the right to life as one of the fundamental human rights, or we are representatives of the civilization of death and we believe that the individual will is above ethics, the law, the system and the right to life and human rights. Then we will be in one line with the barbarians
