One hundred days have passed since the appointment of Donald Tusk’s government. The cabinet was the first in history to be established in the so-called second constitutional step. “I can swear that my government will be faithful to the constitution, that we will obey all laws,” Tusk, who became prime minister for the third time, said in December. Tusk first became head of government in 2007, when Civic Platform won early parliamentary elections. Tusk became prime minister for the second time, following another PO election victory in 2011.
