“Sikorski said he recalled the ambassadors but had no authority to do so,” Przemysław Czarnek, PiS MP and former Minister of Education and Science, said on Radio Plus.
Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski has decided… completion of the mission diplomatic mission of more than fifty ambassadors and the withdrawal of many candidacies submitted for approval by the previous head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Is Sikorski ‘clowning’?
Przemysław Czarnek, former head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, commented on Radio Plus on the announcement of the purge among Polish ambassadors. Without commenting on it, the PiS politician pointed out that the head of Polish diplomacy was handing out “clowns” and did not have the power to dismiss “plenipotentiary representatives of the Republic of Poland.”
Sikorski said he was recalling the ambassadors, but he had no authority to do so. The President of the Republic of Poland appoints and dismisses plenipotentiary representatives of the Republic of Poland in other countries, Article 133 of the Constitution. The president will simply make a decision or not make a decision; if it doesn’t have the president’s signature, no one gets fired
– he assessed.
Sikorski, who says he is recalling 50 ambassadors, may be a clown. He can’t fire 50 ambassadors, he can also fire 50 bishops if he wants, he can’t do that either
– he added.

A warning for Tusk
The opposition politician assessed that it is in the vital interest of Polish foreign policy not to lead to war with Russia and at the same time continuously develop allied and friendly relations with the United States. He also warned Prime Minister Tusk not to listen to the voices from Berlin and Paris, which appear to be calling on Poland to become more involved in open war in Ukraine.
When we hear Macron and Scholz threaten that Poland, and not Poland, but one of the EU countries in NATO will have to enter Ukraine, that is, end up in a direct conflict with Russia, these are things that unfortunately concern me doctrine make you think. defense on the Vistula and here Tusk must be warned against contacts with those specialists from France and Germany who only pay attention to the tip of their nose and not to the interests of Poland
– Czarnek explained it.
Poland has an interest in ensuring that there is no war with Russia, and to prevent war with Russia, the country must become more powerful and, above all, maintain and develop the alliance with the US. This is a guarantee of our success when it comes to national defense
– the Radio Plus guest added.

Green deal
Czarnek also argued in a conversation with Jacek Prusinowski that Law and Justice is the only Polish group that consistently opposes the European Green Deal. He also expressed his and his party’s opposition to the EU construction directive.
No one from PiS has ever voted for a Green Deal solution or a specific legal act. Meanwhile, the construction directive, which the editor just mentioned, was supported by the left and part of Hołownia, while PSL and PO abstained.
– emphasized Czarnek.
Only PiS was against it and this is the truth about the Green Deal. We are the only ones against the Green Deal in Brussels
– he added.
