A bill allowing the mobilization of prisoners could be submitted to Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada next week and adopted by the end of spring. These conditions were announced by the head of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Denis Malyuska, on the broadcast of the Rada TV channel.

“The final decision will be made by the Rada,” Malyuska said.
