“We want our local governments to be governed with full passion and dedication. (…) We believe that working in local government is about dedication, mission and service to residents. Therefore, we will devote all our energy, strength and time to expanding local investments. So that our local investments can develop,” Tobiasz Bocheński, the party’s candidate for the presidency of Warsaw, said at the PiS convention. “We will win! Law and Justice is the best, most professional and most modern option for Poland. That is why we must win,” he added.
A local government convention on Law and Justice was held in Szeligi, near Warsaw. During his speech, the leader of the party, Jarosław Kaczyński, said that since December 13 last year we have been dealing with a government that constantly says “no”.
And Poland must say “yes”. We should all be yes
– emphasized the PiS president.

Our vision is development
Tobiasz Bocheński, PiS candidate for the presidency of Warsaw, also spoke at the convention.
Today is an extremely important day as we present our vision of self-government. We present our vision of local Poland. (…) Our vision is development, our vision is dedication, our vision is common sense, our vision is exceptional hard work for local communities. Because yes, as a political community we have shown that we love our homeland the most, we also love our small homelands and our local governments. They are very important to us
– Bocheński emphasized in his speech.
For eight years we have demonstrated our credibility and our ability to introduce ambitious, modern, ground-breaking development programmes. During these eight years, we built roads, bridges, schools, daycare centers, kindergartens, gymnasiums, sports facilities, revived parks and built waterworks in every corner of Poland, in every voivodeship.
– said the PiS candidate for the presidency of Warsaw.

As he added: “There is no municipality in Poland that would not benefit from the programs we have introduced over the past eight years.”
We need CPK
We are a political environment that is not afraid of hard work and not afraid to think ambitiously and courageously about the future. That is why we have not only made small investments and not only supported local governments in building and improving our place of residence, workplace and recreation. We have invested and created major projects – deepening the Oder, the central communications port, expansion of Polish ports, modernization of railways, construction of highways, Via Carpatia, Via Baltica and dozens of other programs. These are ambitious programs intended to bring our country closer to the living standards of the most developed countries in the world.
– Bocheński continued.
And what do we hear today? That everything that is ambitious, everything that requires effort, everything that is complicated, must be plowed under. Suddenly it turns out that the Central Communications Gate is a delusion of grandeur. Even though there are overwhelming expert opinions that say we need CPK essentially – economically, culturally, but also militarily. You have probably heard that the current Prime Minister apparently has an expert opinion somewhere stating that the CPK is not profitable and should not be established, but no one has seen this expert opinion. I have a hypothesis about who wrote this expert opinion. I think it was made during numerous flights on the Gdańsk-Warsaw-Warsaw-Gdańsk route for the leisure purposes of a certain Prime Minister.
– said Bocheński, for which he was rewarded with applause.

But the fact that he so happily flies from work to his hometown to relax and uses small airports does not mean that all of us Poles are doomed to such a micromania. We need the central communications port
– emphasized the former Voivode of Mazovia.
PiS is the best option for Poland
We are all hardworking people. We have shown it in large government projects, but we also show it in local governments. We say ‘yes’ and that is why we want our local authorities to become oases of local democracy. That is why we presented in Warsaw an ambitious and innovative program in which every resident of Warsaw can be a co-creator of his own city from his smartphone thanks to the modern WAVO application, which allows public consultations that are real and not fake. Thanks to this application it is possible to hold referendums. (…) This is the most modern and groundbreaking solution, and we are usually accused of being old-fashioned. It’s absurd
– said Bocheński, for which he was again rewarded with thunderous applause.
We say yes. That is why we want modern transport and communication in our local governments. That is why we want Warsaw to finally be decongested, to do what is due to the president, to carry out renovations sensibly, to put an end to this chaos. Therefore, we will propose a new strategy that will reduce the number of traffic jams in Warsaw. That is why we will really start building the third and fourth metro lines, and that is why we will present an innovative concept of agglomeration transport for everyone, for all residents of Warsaw, because everyone deserves normal traffic around our capital. Regardless of whether they live there or come there. And we will do it. Soon, after the next elections
– announced Tobiasz Bocheński.

We are here for it. That is why we want our local governments to be governed with full passion and dedication. It cannot be that some local government is a souvenir of Polish politics. – he pointed out.
At the end of his speech he addressed the audience.
Once we finish our meeting, please let’s go, let’s convince, let’s convince, we have a chance to win, we have the competence to win. We will win! Law and Justice is the best, most professional and most modern option for Poland. That’s why we have to win
– emphasized Tobiasz Bocheński.
