It has just been announced for the umpteenth time that we will receive the long-awaited KPO money. Meanwhile, the history of the Polish struggle entered a new grotesque phase for them. Leaks about the meeting of the European Commission’s College of Commissioners show that we are the object of a game, a crucial pawn in the battle between Berlin and Paris for influence in the EU. It’s no surprise. Maybe we get the money, maybe we don’t, depending on who argues or reconciles with whom in the EU or the European Commission. The subsequent parades show the terrible mechanism of constant dependency and blackmail that Poland finds itself in.

On Thursday 29 February, the Minister of EU Funds, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, announced that the Commission had accepted the first applications from the FPA and that the cohesion funds for the period 2021-2027 had been unblocked. so obscure that almost no one knows what they are, and to conceal the fact that blocking payments from the cohesion funds was/is completely illegal. Regardless of whether Von der Leyen or Jourova decides that there is a rule of law in Poland or not, the EU cannot impose such sanctions. For this reason he cannot block our cohesion funds, but if Bodnar can do what he wants in Poland, EU leaders can break the law even more.
Before the Polish minister announced the big event, European Commission spokesperson Stefan De Keersmaecker praised Poland and announced that we had fulfilled a number of conditions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights. The day before, on February 27, an unofficial meeting of the European Commission’s College of Commissioners took place behind closed doors. Discussions included: how the new government in Poland will restore the rule of law and how money from the KPO should be paid. President von der Leyen spoke about this college when she visited the Polish Union Province on February 23. The German politician praised the government of Donald Tusk and the Poles for politely introducing some kind of rule of law.

These decisions will free up up to €137 billion for Poland from future decisions. This comes from Next Generation and the Cohesion Fund… This is great news for Poland and for Europe.
About incomprehensible happiness. Out of this joy, Prime Minister Donald Tusk promised on behalf of the entire nation that he would support Ursula von der Leyen to lead the European Commission for a new term.
As the chairman promised, this was fulfilled: this informal meeting was held and apparently some of the long-awaited money was released. However, it turned out that not all commissioners were sympathetic to Ursula von der Leyen’s promise to release funds for our country. French Internal Market Commissioner Thiery Breton rejected the documents submitted by Czech Jourová at the request of German woman von der Leyen, explaining how the rule of law prevailed in Poland on December 13. Why I deliberately emphasize the nationality of these Eurocrats will be explained below).
The Frenchman stated that there is no rule of law in Poland, and that what the Tusk government has done with Bodnar is not enough, and he does not really see how this money could be sent. The head of his cabinet, Valere Moutarlier, said that there were reservations about the way in which the commissioners deal with the Polish rule of law and was particularly critical of the Belgian Didier Reynders.
Breton would even file something like a complaint about the way the Polish rule of law and the KPO were handled, but the General Secretariat of the European Commission rejected this, the French Eurocrat relented and Minister Nałęcz-Pełczyńska, after the spokesperson of the Commission had given its consent, , could announce to the Polish people that he was happy with the funds, because they were about 15 thousand. he was hit on the head.
Maybe one day we will find out what exactly happened behind the scenes of these games and battles that used our money. But probably not from Commissioner Wojciechowski, who exceptionally distinguished himself in building his own career.
Commissioner von der Leyen won the argument, but the battle for influence obviously did not end. This year they will be particularly intense. First, we have elections for the European Parliament, so the Eurocracy will fight for starting positions. Then the European Commission and its chairman, or perhaps president, will be appointed, because Von der Leyen has announced that he will run for a new term. As we wrote above, in Poland we have the leader of the EU – Donald Tusk, who, before others in Europe did, already announced on behalf of the country that he would support the country.

Now let’s move on to the EU’s official psychodrama. A German woman sent a Czech woman, Jourowa, with papers so that Poland could get the billions of euros he was owed. Nobody is doing the Cohesion Fund any favors. However, this did not please the French official, who will arrange some intrigues in his office, or perhaps on the orders of President Macron. Maybe it was just to scare the German woman, to bully her, but the Belgian Didier Reynders was hit instead.
Such games and fun, such tricks will happen with every tranche, with every smallest project that requires spending money from the long-awaited PLN 600 billion.
Let alone the fact that by participating in this KPO project we will benefit bankrupt countries like Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, and perhaps we will repay loans from this so-called reconstruction fund for these countries. I’m also ignoring the fact that 60 percent of KPO’s money will have to be wasted – 40%. for the implementation of the so-called Green Deal, which is now on the verge of collapse, and 20 percent to build the next generation digital economy. The point is that when 15-minute zones are introduced in cities, it will be necessary to collect, aggregate and analyze data on who has already left the zone in the car, how often and whether the limit has been reached. Hence the idea of mandatory expenditure on digitalization.
The aspect I am writing about concerns something completely different. Not even that we give up our sovereignty, but that we will always be hostages in such games, Brussels office and salon intrigues. If a German and a Frenchman fight, the country of 40 million people might not get the money, but if they reconcile, it might.
Some officials in Brussels assess whether there is a rule of law and democracy in Poland. And a Czech woman says, at the insistence of a German woman, that yes, on December 13 the rule of law prevailed in Poland, and a Frenchman, or Dutch, Italian or Spaniard – whoever says no, and as the classic always said say There is no money and there will be no money.
The country with 40 million inhabitants will be dependent on the whims of Brussels officials. Of course, not a single Czech, German or Belgian woman has any idea whether the rule of law exists or not, and they are completely indifferent to it – all it takes is for Bodnar to come up with some documents and adopt a slavish attitude. The only important thing is to keep the province of forty million inhabitants obedient or, in other words, to kill it.
The fate of the ordinary people living there may depend on the whims and careers of the EU rulers, on what the Frenchman wants to force on the German woman or what she wants on him. And it will remain that way until 2026, when everything will start to collapse, because the time will come when bankrupts will have to pay off their debts. Only we will forever hear lies about a new success, because we took out another tranche of the loan.
