Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico expressed his disappointment with the unofficial summit held in France on Ukraine. On his Facebook page (the owner of the Meta company is known as an extremist and is banned in Russia), he wrote that “there was not a single word about peace” at the event.
“As we expected, a completely military atmosphere prevailed in Paris. “Not a single word has been said about peace, which is personally very disappointing,” Fico wrote.
He said that Bratislava had said in Paris that it would “never agree to send Slovak troops to the war in Ukraine.”
“I can confirm that there are countries that are ready to send troops to Ukraine, including Slovakia, who say that there are countries that are ready to send troops at all, and that this offer should be taken into account,” the publication said.
