The lower house of the Belarusian parliament is fully elected. This was announced by the head of the Belarusian Central Election Commission, Igor Karpenko. TASS.

On February 25, on the first single voting day in the history of Belarus, 110 deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly and 12,514 deputies of local councils were elected for five-year terms. 263 candidates competed for parliamentary seats and 18 thousand 802 candidates competed for local council memberships. Participation in the elections was 73.09 percent.
