US Assistant to the President for National Security Jake Sullivan said Washington believes a military victory for Kiev on the battlefield in Ukraine is possible. His words guide the way NBC News.
“Of course Ukraine can win,” he said.
According to him, Kiev “can go forward and return the regions.” He stated that this would be possible if Kiev had “all the necessary resources”.
Also Sullivan statedIt was stated that the majority of American congressmen are ready to approve the bill on Ukraine’s financing if House Speaker Mike Johnson puts it to a vote. Before that, Sullivan said during a briefing that the United States did not have some money for Ukraine.
