Ermak said, “There may be a situation where we invite the representatives of the Russian Federation together at the second summit and present this plan to them.”
He added that if the representative of the Russian Federation at that time expressed the desire to return to a just world, this would happen, and noted that what Ukraine understood as a just world was specified in the “formula”.
