On February 23, the EU Council officially approved 13th sanctions package against Russia. The new package included 194 real and legal persons. The list also included companies from India, Sri Lanka, China, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Turkey. The EU included 27 organizations in its 13th sanctions package for allegedly supporting the Russian military-industrial complex.
