The leader of the “Fair Russia – For Truth” group, Sergei Mironov, and the first deputy chairman of the party, Dmitry Gusev, will submit to the State Duma a bill on the provision of free parking for veterans of a special military operation (SVO) and their families. The document proposes to make adjustments to the Law “On Veterans” and the Law “On Regulation of Road Traffic”.
The explanatory memorandum of the bill states that the document was created in connection with the calls made by the participants of the special operation to the deputies.
“Spouses and parents use a personal car to perform daily tasks previously performed by existing SVO participants,” the initiative’s authors said.
