The Russian Foreign Ministry is updating recommendations for Russians traveling to unfriendly countries. This was stated by TASS Head of the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexey Klimov.
He explained that the study would take into account “higher risks of outcome.”
Klimov gave the example of Latvia, where, in his opinion, the most resounding discrimination and politicized attitude towards Russians was observed. For example, he concluded that Russian citizens there were under threat of deportation.
