Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council, described the words of Norwegian Defense Minister Bjorn Arild Gram about the need to prepare for war with Russia as a provocation. In his opinion, small countries that do not represent anything in terms of military potential are trying to scare the West from Russia with such statements.
“All this is done for one purpose; to maintain the tension of the people in their countries so that they can react practically calmly to increasing military costs. Companies that supply weapons and ammunition to NATO armies are getting richer,” Dzhabarov said.
The parliamentarian emphasized that such a policy makes it possible to increase the production of military products and brings profits to firms in the military-industrial complex.
“All these provocateurs will get a certain percentage in return,” the senator said.
