State Secretary of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, Małgorzata Paprocka, commented on Andrzej Duda’s visit to Africa on Polish Radio 24. The presidential minister also commented on the discussion surrounding the head of state’s statement on Crimea or the situation at the Constitutional Court. “I think the KPRP is very close to the legal vision expressed, for example, by Prof. Piotrowski,” Paprocka said.
In addition to the very important economic component (…) there is an important international politics component and the emphasis is on explaining who is violating international law and what the consequences may be.
– said the presidential minister, referring to her visit to Africa.
The case of Crimea
The conversation also touched on the statement President Andrzej Duda gave to Channel Zero about Crimea.

For those who listened to the entire interview and knew the context, the case is clear. The president clearly put the matter to the international forum, saying that Russia was the aggressor and that Ukraine should determine the terms of peace. The president has always made this clear
– said Małgorzata Paprocka.
She also noted that “objectively speaking, the issue of Crimea is a very difficult issue.”
It is a matter of using a decontextualized explanation for the current political struggle
– Paprocka noticed.
I was happy with the votes of Minister Sikorski and various politicians
– she admitted.
However, the minister noted that some PO MPs used the statement to attack.
Attack on TK
Małgorzata Paprocka also commented on the reports about the attempt to take over the Constitutional Tribunal by the December 13 coalition.
I think that the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland is very close to the legal vision expressed, for example, by Prof. Piotrowski, who clearly indicates that changes in the type of phase in the Constitutional Tribunal by resolutions of the Sejm are contrary to the Constitution
– said the presidential minister.
Unfortunately, this fits in with the current government’s policy towards the media and the Public Prosecution Service
– she added.
As she noted:
This is an incentive for subsequent governments to do the same. This is the road to anarchy. The president will oppose this.
