We have the right, and even the obligation, to speak out loud abroad about the way rights are being violated in Poland; there should be a rule of law, but there is brutal violence – said PiS Vice President Mateusz Morawiecki on Sunday in Ciechanów.
As part of a tour of leading politicians in the field of Law and Justice throughout the country, Morawiecki met with the residents of Ciechanów on Sunday. During his speech, he emphasized that PiS supporters cannot be divided and intimidated. “We have to try to reach new environments and new people because our votes were not enough,” he said, referring to the results of the October elections.
The politician also pointed to investments such as the Central Communication Port, which – he noted – are intended to help cities like Ciechanów. As political opponents of PiS said, at the beginning of their government they “appointed a representative not to do this port.”
A man who participated for many years in one of the non-governmental initiatives called “No to CPK” was appointed to the Supervisory Board of CPK.
– he said.
According to Morawiecki, “a team of at least dilettantes who already in the first weeks wanted to say +no to CPK+, +no to nuclear energy+ and +no to the container port in Świnoujście+” came to power.
He also pointed out that the economy is a mechanism of communicating vessels and this must be properly recognized.
So that various dilettantes, sloths and impostors do not deceive our Poland; they didn’t beat you all
– he said.
That is why – he said – “they want to put us to sleep, to put the countries to sleep. If they have the guts to close strategic projects for Poland in the first weeks, think about what they can do in the future.”
Therefore, my appeal to you: be vigilant, be active on social media, in conversations with your neighbors, at social gatherings. This is our only weapon
– urged Morawiecki.
The PiS vice-president also referred to his recent visit to Brussels.
Let us not allow ourselves to be forced into a story, an attempt to shame ourselves, that we, free Poles, do not have the right to speak abroad about the way in which the current government of the Eight Star Coalition violates rights. of democracy in our homeland.
– he said.
He also emphasized that PiS is not, like PO politicians, calling for sanctions on our country or adoption of resolutions against Poland.
We have the right, and even the obligation, to speak out loud abroad about the way our rights are being violated here in Poland. There should be the rule of law, but there is brutal violence, a violation of all the principles of democracy that we have become accustomed to over the past thirty years.
– he emphasized.
It should have been a smiling Poland, but it is a Poland full of cynicism; there’s Tusk-Joker’s cynical, spiteful smile. Instead of reconciliation, a large Mariana Trench is being dug in our country
– added Morawiecki.
Work for the Polish team
During the speech, the former Prime Minister announced that the Work for Poland team, which he heads, will deal with energy prices because – as he estimated – the ruling coalition could withdraw from freezing energy prices after the elections .
We cannot allow this “eight-star coalition” to make the construction of the Polish nuclear power plant dependent on Germany’s consent. We cannot allow this “December 13 coalition” to be encouraged by the Americans to continue our projects; continue arming the Polish army
– emphasized the PiS politician.
He also appealed to take part in the upcoming local and European elections and vote for PiS candidates.
It will take another three years and nine months before these most important elections take place, but fortunately we will soon be able to show such a yellow card to the government. If what I say to you convinces you (…), if you are convinced by the vision of an ambitious Poland, then at the next local government and European Parliament elections you can say “no” to the democracy that is being born here. “No” to these strange steps with which they began to rule
– he said.
Morawiecki also stated that “if we ever return to government, we will implement the Strategic Investment Program every year, just as we have implemented before, for the benefit of poviats and municipalities throughout Poland.”
This is my promise that when we one day return to the helm of government sooner than our enemies think, we will continue our equal opportunity program. So that life in cities like Ciechanów does not differ from Warsaw, Poznań, Łódź
– he said.
During the meeting, supporters asked Morawiecki questions. One of these concerned the causes of PiS’s electoral defeat.
We cannot change the past (…) that is why we try to draw some conclusions and be as open as possible to different social groups
– replied the deputy leader of PiS.
As he added, that website managed to evoke negative emotions.
Very negative emotions, which could be described in a nutshell with these eight stars, and instead of looking at what we have achieved, what opportunities we have now, people were largely guided by these emotions
– he said.
He also admitted that people were “also tired of the war, the energy crisis, the post-pandemic crisis.”
There are many reasons; The so-called pseudo-visa scandal
– added.
He noted that the irregularities affected 260 visas.
Someone carried out this procedure corruptly, but with 260 visas, not 260,000 visas as we were told.
– noted Morawiecki.
The municipal elections will take place on Sunday, April 7. The second round is scheduled for April 21.
