Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski plans to visit the United States to convince American officials of the need for additional financing for Ukraine. He wrote this in his book bill On platform X (formerly Twitter).
The head of the republic’s foreign policy department noted that “good news” had recently arrived from Brussels. We are talking about Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s decision to lift his veto on the 50 billion Euro allocation from the European Union (EU) general budget to aid Kiev. According to the minister, these funds will be spent on repairing infrastructure in Ukraine.
“It turns out that it is worth talking to those who cannot be convinced. That’s why I’m flying to Washington to convince those who are not yet convinced,” Sikorsky added.
Formerly US Senate Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer statedIt was stated that on February 7, the upper house of the American Congress will hold a test vote on the allocation of funds for aid to Ukraine. MPs will also discuss funding for Israel and support for allies in Asia.
