“The dual citizenship system must be reformed to effectively prevent various attempts at influence by authoritarian countries and other harmful conflicts of interest. It is necessary to move towards reciprocity in dual citizenship,” said Häkkänen.
According to him, this means that Russians will no longer be given second citizenship.
