Kacper Kamiński, the son of the former head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Mariusz Kamiński, imprisoned in the Radom Remand Center, noted that it turns out that the serious situation in which the Law and Justice MPs find themselves was an “inspiration” for the TVN reporter. Arleta Zalewska asked the Deputy Minister of Justice how we should legally view hunger strikes and whether this form of protest is “penalized in any way.”
Hunger strike by PiS MPs
Former head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration Mariusz Kamiński and his deputy Maciej Wąsik started a hunger protest over their illegal detention. Kamiński’s son informed about his father’s serious condition and the implementation of the force-feeding procedure. The former minister agreed to feed through an IV, but the doctor announced that “the most inhumane method will be chosen, namely the use of a nasogastric tube.”
He said he would not negotiate on this issue because of my father’s political views. This can cause health-threatening complications
– said Mariusz Kamiński’s son Kacper Kamiński.

Punishments for fasting?
It seems that Fakty TVN reporter Arleta Zalewska was ‘inspired’ by the attitude of Law and Justice politicians and started thinking about… punishments for fasting!
I just wanted to clarify it legally. I understand that fasting is somehow punishable by law? How should you view this legally?
— Zalewska asked these questions to Deputy Justice Minister Maria Ejchart, who became famous for her statement that “everyone has the right not to eat or drink.”
Zalewska would fit in perfectly in the Polish People’s Republic, with a red beret on her head and the ZMSP emblem on her lapel.
– summarized Internet user Emilia Kamińska.
