In front of the detention center in Radom: another demonstration of solidarity with the imprisoned Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. “My husband asked us to thank you very much for listening to us and it gives him a lot of strength,” said Barbara Kamińska, wife of the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration.
Barbara Kamińska and PiS politicians – Jadwiga Wiśniewska, Marek Suski and Zbigniew Kuźmiuk – took part in the protest in Radom. There are also Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz and Krzysztof Wyszkowski.
The most important thing that happened today was a phone call from my husband. It was a short, very short conversation, but I said we were here every day at 6 p.m. and my husband asked me to thank you very much for hearing and it gives him a lot of strength. Thank you! My husband really appreciates it
– reported Mariusz Kamiński’s wife. The demonstrators started chanting, “Mariusz!”
In return for Tusk
Barbara Kamińska referred to the words of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who said that you cannot make a hero out of a criminal.
I will say it. If you want, talk to me. I believe you can’t turn a hero into a criminal and my husband is a hero. That’s why I say it today: Honor and glory to the heroes!
she exclaimed.
The wife of the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administrative Affairs also noted that compared to the situation in Belarus and Russia, Kamiński cannot be called a political prisoner.
We are not in Belarus, we are not in Russia (…). But the only thing that distinguishes Belarus, Russia or Poland in this case is that they do not beat Mariusz and do not remove his nails. The fact that my husband’s political beliefs – in fact his love for Poland – got him imprisoned here is nothing more than the fact that he is a political prisoner.
– she emphasized.
