A few months ago, before the parliamentary elections, I posted a column on the websites Opinion.olsztyn.pl and wpolityce.pl comparing the eight years of rule of law and justice in Poland to a national uprising.. Despite several weaknesses The United Right camp carried out a program that was on the banners of all uprisings: free yourself from foreign domination, from foreign influences and authorities. Let the Poles decide for themselves, let them build their independence and strengthen sovereignty. Enough with exploitation by strangers, living in poverty and losing hope for an improvement in life. Enough about the situation where people go abroad because their home country is unable to provide the conditions for a decent life. A sovereign country must have sufficient armed forces to deter potential aggressors.
The post-election reality clearly confirmed that the years 2015-2023 were a national uprising. This is evident from the eight-star coalition’s brutal response to what has been achieved over the past eight years. Attack on the media expressing pro-independence opinions and defending Poland’s sovereignty. An attack on the courts that defend their independence and Poland’s raison d’etre. Threats against the NBP because its president opposes the liquidation of the national currency. An attack on the largest public companies that strengthen the strength of the Polish economy and support Polish culture, sports, science and charity.
And finally, this is the most important thing: a direct, brutal attack on people who have taken it upon themselves to eradicate corruption, theft and criminal organizations from Polish public life. After all, the arrest of Ministers Kamiński and Wąsik is an equivalent of the repression that the separatists exerted on the rebellious leaders.
Tusk’s government no longer even hides that its actions are directed from abroad. Berlin unashamedly claps with joy at the attack on Polish sovereignty carried out by the eight-star coalition.
Moscow is not so exuberant because it knows that the Kremlin’s congratulations and greetings will harm Tusk (“Their man in Warsaw”). However, we can be sure that they are crossing their fingers that “peace will reign in Warsaw.” Let the Poles quickly understand that the times of adventurous nationalist exuberance on the Vistula River are over.
Other capitals, as always, pretend not to see anything during the Polish uprisings. Either they are ruled by the same pseudo-liberal, left-wing and corrupt oligarchy as in Poland, or they prefer to remain silent. Somehow Orban, in whom we have invested so much, says nothing. He doesn’t want to argue with Belin and Putin. Mrs Meloni, for whom we have applauded so much, remains silent because she probably hopes that the EU will accommodate some of the illegal emigrants here. From Kiev, Zelensky welcomes Duda to demand more help, but he won’t even blink to ask – maybe I’ll call Tusk and ask him to cut some slack. One vote from an English opposition politician is an exception.
The European Union provides an interesting lesson: when informed about the exploits of the eight-star coalition, it states that it supports the current government in introducing democracy in Poland.
When the minister/minister Pełczyńska – Nałecz she went to Brussels officials to get money from the KPO – she hit a wall. She learned that the European Commission is not satisfied with the progress in judicial reforms in Poland. In the language of Brussels bureaucrats, this means that if you do what we tell you, we will talk about money.
Ms Nałęcz commented on the situation:
“There is also an awareness that there are several political players in Poland who have unfortunately not been on the sidelines when it comes to the rule of law they should be on, and unfortunately there has been no significant improvement, just escalation.”
At this point I remind you of Tusk’s promise that “the next day, after winning the elections, he will go to Brussels and “unlock” the KPO money.
Let’s be honest: Brussels gives Tusk tasks: give us back the forests, stop unnecessary spending on the military, especially in the US and Korea, accept illegal emigrants, end the CPK, trade with the National Bank of Poland and start introducing the EURO. Then we’ll lend you some money so you can brag about it to the eight stars. And don’t complain that loans are so expensive and you still have to subsidize those who may not repay their debts.
Solidarity was founded in August 1980. Until martial law, in December 1981, social consciousness changed so much that even a bloody martial law could not undo history. Poles reminded the world that they want freedom and a sovereign state. John Paul II and Ronald Reagan helped us. Many called this time a bloodless national uprising, and there is much truth in that. Now that the changes introduced in 2015-2023, aimed at restoring full state sovereignty and improving the existence of Poles, have been temporarily interrupted, let us not hesitate to call this time a national uprising . Rebellions are often named after their leader.
So let’s not lose hope: the Kaczyński uprising will return!
