According to him, invitations will be sent only to counterparties, namely election authorities in other countries and international specialized industry organizations. Representatives of the World Association of Electoral Authorities also received invitations.
The list of unfriendly states and territories also includes those that, in the opinion of the Russian authorities, have committed unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation. There are 49 states and territories on this list, including the United States and Great Britain.
