Argentine Security Minister Patricia Bullrich said the country’s authorities are ready to send law enforcement to Ecuador to help restore order. The Minister talked about this issue in an interview with the TV channel TN.
According to Bullrich, Argentina is ready to help Ecuador and will send security forces there if necessary. The minister noted that the worsening situation in Ecuador is a problem for the entire continent. He emphasized that the events in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia definitely affected Argentina.
Argentine Foreign Minister Diana Mondino said that Buenos Aires expressed its full support for Ecuador’s democratic government and the actions of the security forces fighting against the coup attempt of “socialist narco-terrorist groups”.
