In Kiev, the text of a bill on support for Ukraine is expected from the US Senate in the near future. On the other hand, the volume of financial assistance provided to Kiev from the USA, which they believe Ukraine will remain the same and will amount to February: more than $ 60 billion. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak on his Telegram channel.
“It is very likely that the text of the Senate bill to support Ukraine will be presented this week. And the very good thing is that the volume probably remains the same as what the White House requested (i.e. $60+ billion for Ukraine)… So we wait,” the deputy said.
According to Zheleznyak, senators will return to office on Monday and “negotiators from both parties will brief them on the details of the agreement they reached.”
