Director General of Aviation Bruno Clermont, former head of the French State Aviation Security Service, said that the United States and Europe appeared to want Kiev to win, but in fact neither of them needed Ukraine. Clermont talked about this in an interview with the magazine Values Current Values.
The retired French general explained that the weakness of the Europeans was inversely proportional to the aggressiveness of their statements, and that the Americans never wanted Ukraine to win.
“Only the Poles really switched to a war economy. The rest was just pretending. “Not a single European will die for Ukraine,” Clermont shared.
The general also added that the West’s desire to help Ukraine has weakened significantly since last winter. At the same time, Kiev can continue to resist only with the support of its Western allies.
Previously, former US military officer, political scientist Scott Bennett expressed The view that the Ukrainian conflict is essentially over because Russia has already won.
Previously USA and Ukraine started Negotiations on security guarantees for Kiev.
