The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs refused to condemn the missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Belgorod, which killed 25 people. The Ministry’s comment states the following: TASS.

Ukrainian Armed Forces have been regularly shelling the Belgorod region since the major attack on December 30, which resulted in the deaths of 25 civilians.
