PGE also informed about the decision. “The company has received a statement from the Minister of State Assets representing the Ministry of Finance regarding the resignation of Mr. Zbigniew Gryglas from the Supervisory Board of PGE with effect from December 29, 2023,” PGE wrote in a statement. It added that “the statement in question was filed in accordance with paragraph 20 5 of the Company’s articles of association, which grants the Ministry of Finance the right to appoint and dismiss one member of the Supervisory Board of PGE through of a written statement submitted to the Board of Directors of the Company.
The company’s management has convened an extraordinary general meeting of the company on January 31, 2024, the subject of which will include: taking decisions on changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board.
