Yerevan and Baku are close to signing a peace agreement. In an interview about this Guard Elchin Amirbekov, representative of the President of Azerbaijan in charge of special duties, said the following.

“It is important to understand that at this critical stage of the negotiations, when we are not far from a final agreement, results-oriented actions are needed,” he said.
