“As far as I understand, the biggest beneficiary of the current situation in Ukraine is the United States. Washington is making money from this. But Europe is losing badly,” said Ulyanov, citing Germany as an example.

According to him, it was almost possible to conclude a peace agreement with Ukraine in March-April 2022, but Great Britain and the USA opposed it, and then the European Union countries joined them.
