He is right editor: Wojciech Biedroń: Judges of the District Court of the Capital Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register they will make decisions that will have consequences far beyond the war over TVP, and even beyond the current political dispute. They will make a decision that will actually happen will change the nature of our system.

If usurpers are included in the National Court Register who have circumvented the constitutional and legal order that defines the legal order in the public media, and who have even based their false papers on falsehoods (the famous ‘107 minutes of Sienkiewicz’), then Poland will become a country where expropriations are possiblei.e. forced deprivation of property.
This is what we are dealing with, on two levels. First, public media is taken over by an informal conspiracy group – “Group Entry”. Secondly, a valuable asset, namely the advertising market, is being taken over for free by the media that support the current government. The legal authorities, registered in the National Court Register and acting on the basis of statutes, were chased from their offices and the program was simply disabled.
Special junta, who carried out this action, will try to reduce the whole matter to an incident. But this can no longer happen: just as martial law exposed the nature of Jaruzelski’s power, so too a special pacification operation against the public media has shown that the constitution and the law mean nothing to this government.
Let us remind you: Expropriations are a characteristic feature of the Putin system. There, right and ownership are always conditional. The government only recognizes it if it does not see it as a threat. In Poland – if the neo-presidents are registered – it will be essentially the same.
