The governor of the Zaporozhye region, Yevgeny Balitsky, said that negotiations with Kiev would be possible only after the complete surrender of the Ukrainian army and the withdrawal of NATO armed forces from Russia’s borders. Balitsky talked about this in an interview RIA News.
According to the head of the Zaporozhye region, any negotiations can be allowed only after the enemy surrenders. Other options may not be accepted. Therefore, the special military operation must be ended with the complete surrender of Kiev.
Balitsky emphasized that in addition to the surrender of Ukrainian troops, all NATO forces should withdraw to the 1991 lines. Only then will it be possible to ensure that the conflict does not flare up again.
