Alicante province will receive thirty million euros for the construction of social rented housing. This was announced this Tuesday after the celebration of the general assembly meeting, at which Consell was awarded subsidies from the aid program for the construction of a total of 1,101 homes for social rent in energy-efficient buildings throughout the country. Valencian Communitya, within the scope of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan 2021-2026, financed by the European Union, with a total amount of 50 million in Next Generation EU funds. These aids are intended for the winners of the competition conducted by the Valencia Housing and Land Association (EVha), affiliated with the Second Vice Presidency and the Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, for the construction of housing within the scope of superficies on 17 parcels.
