The European Union cannot supply Kiev with a million rounds by March 2024 because the bloc’s production capacity is significantly limited. This opinion was expressed by a British newspaper columnist. Finance Times Martin Sandbu.
“Europe’s failure to fulfill its promise to provide Ukraine with 1 million artillery shells is due to limited physical production capacity, which could have been larger if the money had been allocated earlier,” the columnist writes.
