Pavel Shevtsov, deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo, said the agency is interested in being present in Africa and plans to open non-state Russian houses in Equatorial Guinea and Burkina Faso. This was reported by RIA News.

According to him, the agency is maximally interested in establishing a presence in African countries. Shevtsov added that Rossotrudnichestvo understands that the agency headquarters cannot quickly appear there, so they plan to move towards the opening of non-state Russian houses together with African countries.

Before that Shevtsov saidThe interest of foreign students in Russian education is increasing.

According to Shevtsov, students from abroad can only go to Moscow and St. Petersburg to receive education. They choose not only St. Petersburg, but also go to Kazan, the Far East, Krasnodar and Stavropol regions.

As experts note, attracting foreign students to study at Russian universities and their integration into the Russian educational environment is one of the priority areas of work.
