Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told European Union leaders that starting negotiations on his country’s EU membership was more important to him than accepting additional financing. The newspaper reports this Financial Times referring to the authorities.

As the agency reported BloombergZelensky told Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk that Ukraine needed a signal that Europe was not abandoning it.
