US President Joe Biden could not say clearly when he would advise Ukrainian officials to begin peace talks with the Russian Federation. Journalists asked the relevant question at a joint press conference held by the president with his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky. TASS.

“More than 90 percent of our military aid to Ukraine is spent in the United States to supply Ukraine with weapons, replenish our supplies and strengthen our industrial base,” Biden said.
