He emphasized that in Buenos Aires he met with the president of Paraguay Santiago Pena, whom he thanked for supporting the Ukrainian side in international organizations.
Zelensky added that Ukraine has already held three successful meetings with national security and foreign policy advisors within the framework of the “peace formula”. He expressed his hope that Paraguay would also participate in this practice.
“We hope to see as many Latin American countries as possible at the next peace formula negotiations in Switzerland in January 2024. We discussed ways to improve trade between Ukraine and Paraguay. I also invited President Peña to visit Ukraine,” Zelensky wrote.
