What will the desire for revenge that drives the new majority, especially PO and Donald Tusk, lead: announcements of purges or the liquidation of subsequent institutions? “There will be no control, pluralism and difficult questions, and all kinds of mafias, scammers and lobbyists will be happy. The Neumann Doctrine will complete the picture of horror” – this is what Tusk’s rule will look like according to Beata Mazurek, MEP for Law and Justice.
Coalition of ‘liquidators’
The new parliamentary majority began its work with liquidation. This means: for the time being, the members of the verification committee for Russian influence are dismissed, because the political leaders cannot reach an agreement on the liquidation.
Since immediately after the parliamentary elections on October 15, politicians representing the parties that form the new parliamentary majority have announced the liquidation of the Institute of National Remembrance and the Central Anti-Corruption Office. There have also been numerous media reports about Dr. Maciej Lasek, who would replace the State Secretary of the Ministry of FiPR, Marcin Horała, as the government’s plenipotentiary for the CPK, but only to “put an end to” this project – but there is no official confirmation yet. The “iron broom” called by PO leader Donald Tusk, who is likely to soon take over the office of Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, will also reach the public media. Here too, representatives of KO, Third Way and the Left announce radical changes.
““A well-thought-out strategy of media dictatorship”
What will Donald Tusk’s government look like? This review was shared by PiS member Beata Mazurek on the X platform:
They want to liquidate TVP and CBA. A well-thought-out strategy of media dictatorship and a sense of impunity
– she wrote.
There will be no control, pluralism and difficult questions, and all kinds of mafia, scammers and lobbyists will be happy. The Neumann Doctrine will complete the picture of horror
– concluded the politician.
Will such a powerful coalition, united only by the slogan “anti-PiS”, really be able to survive for long, and will it be possible to work on the promised “restoration of Poland” after the “regime” ((which is probably the only ‘regime’ in the world that lost power in democratic elections and obtained a ‘poor’ 35 votes? (38 percent of the votes – not 80-90 percent as in real dictatorships) will not the personal ambitions of the leaders prevail?
It could also turn out that Donald Tusk and his government no longer know what to do after the end of the political ‘revenge games’ against PiS and that they probably also promised the people some ‘bread’ during the campaign.
